INFRASTRUCTURE
Our manufacturing is adequately spread over an area in excess of 100,000 sqft comprising of modern facilities including- specialized machine large size tools, steel fabrication equipment, gear cutting machines, assembly line, painting, post fitment trial and testing, packaging and dispatch. The factory is located in a special export zone having good connectivity to two major dry ports in the New Delhi NCR region with regular availability of containers and other sea shipment equipment.
The factory is divided into multiple bays each of which is loaded with overhead lifting cranes of various capacities. We can lift upto 75 MT with inhouse cranes and 100 MT using external service providers.
We have extensive machining capabilities including- heavy floor type and table type horizontal borers, drilling machines, milling machines, shapers, heavy lathe machines, special purpose cylindrical drum/mill turning lathes upto 5,500 mm diameter x 15,000 mm length, vertical turret lathes (VTL) upto 8,000 mm diameter turning capacity, large capacity gear hobbing machines up to 8500 mm diameter x 50 module, CNC plasma plate cutting and welding equipment. Surface heat treatment, shot blasting and surface painting is also available within the facility.
TESTING FACILITIES
Various quality inspection and testing equipment/instruments are made available including- vernier calipers, tooth verniers, bore gauges, dial gauges, inside and outside micrometers, ultrasonic testing equipment (UST), magnetic particle equipment (MPI), paint thickness meter (DFT), pressure testing equipment etc. Highly qualified and experienced (Level II certified) QC personnel are employed for carrying out necessary inspection and testing.
